MSHA Part 46
New Miner Training
MSHA required training for anyone who works at a mine site.
This three-day program covers all aspects of the initial training requirements for owners and operators under 30 CFR Part 46. The objective of this three-day course is to train new/inexperienced miners on the safety and health hazards in the surface non-metal industry. Participants will learn their rights and responsibilities, job related safety procedures and rescue and first aid techniques. This course satisfies the total MSHA requirement for new/inexperienced miner training.

Annual Refresher Training
This annual refresher program reviews all aspects of the initial training requirements for owners and operators under 30 CFR Part 46. The objective of this 8 hour course is to train miners on the safety and health hazards in the surface non-metal industry. Participants will learn their rights and responsibilities, job related safety procedures and rescue and first aid techniques. This course satisfies the MSHA requirement for the annual refresher miner training.

This course satisfies the MSHA requirement for the annual refresher miner training.
